Ways & Means:  Ticket sales proceeding\; silent auction items will be collected by Trevor Nominating (Peter):  Motion f or Elaine to assume position of President-elect\, effective July 1\; by P eter\, seconded Jennifer….accepted unanimously.  Position of Treasure r remains open for 2025-2026. Community Service (Jennifer): Submitted in a dvance by email to board members:  Easter Seals - Will be providing fun ds again to send a kid to camp.  The pancake fundraiser didn't happen thi s year\, but Trevor Dagilis will set up a team to help with fund-raising.  We are brainstorming for a larger project\, so are drafting a letter t o send to community leaders asking what their needs are.    We will be involved (financially and as judges) at the upcoming Science Fair (March 20-21)  We plan to have a table at the Fun Fair June 7th.  This is th e fund-raiser for accessible playgrounds ("Inclusive Playgrounds").  Plea se let me know if you are able to do a 2-hour shift to promote our club. T reasurer (John):  Delivered Year-to-date financial summary\, as follow:       Club Services “Revenue” (comprised of dues $6\,050 and $ 150 miscellaneous) total $6\,200\, with a projected budget of $8\,167 (inc lusive of drawing $2\,000 from accrued surplus).  Expenditures total $6\, 817.         John noted that following RI and District dues\, only $33.56 per member ($839 with 25 members) accrues to meet other club servi ce functions\; of which $1\,606 has already been spent YTD!       F rom projected fundraising revenue of bingo @ $35\,000 (YTD: $23\,190)\, ca lendars @ 2\,600 (actual) and Theatre Night projected @ $6\,900\,  the fo llowing service expenditures are as follows:            Commun ity @ $14\,430 versus budget of  $18\,000            Youth & Vocational @ $13\,435 versus budget of  $17\,000            I nternational @ 0.00 expended\, commitments outstanding\, budget @ $9\,500 AG (Elsabé):  Shared suggestions for a healthy club\; to be reviewed w ith Club Service.
