President-elect (Trevor):  Operational pl an still under review. Ways & Means:  Peter confirmed application for n ext year’s bingo license was submitted.  John M.\, in absence of Doug las and Susan\, provided overview of Theatre Night (June 18) plans.  As a silent auction item\, Council on Aging has donated a hand made quilt.  T icket pricing will be $40 and they will be available for members shortly. Elsabé:  Reminded board of upcoming District Conference recommending t he participation by our club in the House of Friendship to share informati on on our activities with other clubs.
