DESCRIPTION:Colleagues\,   I must regretfully cancel the planned District
Governor visits to the Montreal area and to the Kingston area next week.
This follows from an accident I suffered while in Colombia last week\,
in which I fell about 1m from a rural tourist bus  ("chiva") to the groun
 d.  This resulted in a significant soft-tissue injury to my back\, which
I am still managing.  I have been advised to limit any trips to short-dis
tance (local) ones\, to help reduce the possibility of further aggravating
my injury.   I am sorry that I will not be able to visit with you next w
eek\, but hope we might be able to find a future opportunity.   Regards Y
