Douglas Tanton here and reminding everyone to join us on Tuesday November 18th @ 6:00 PM for our next JIPC meeting and update. You are all welcome to join via the Rotary ZOOM link to be sent out just before the meeting, or in person @ The Wharf & Feather at the Kingston Holiday Inn!

I invite anyone who wants to add a specific item on the agenda to let me know as I will build the agenda one week before.

ALSO **** Very important!
Our November 18th meeting will be an opportunity to collect (and pay for!) your Holiday campaign cards. Here is a short note from myself and Carol Cartier to let you know all about this important campaign.

I have attached a PDF one pager that describes the campaign in detail.

Hello all,
The cards have been printed and we’re ready to begin the Holiday Appeal Campaign.

This year we are supporting rescued tra=icked children in Ghana go back to school by supplying them with books, backpacks and shoes.

Rotarian Francis Wama of the Passport Rotary Club in Ghana is our contact. He has visited the Kingston Club both in person and via Zoom.

Cards have been made up using drawings that were done by some of the rescued, trafficked children. They sell for $25 each.

You can order cards by emailing Carol Cartier – carolcartier333@gmail.com and she will bring them to the November 8th Foundation/International meeting in Cornwall or to the November 18th JIPC meeting at the Holiday Inn. Carol will also deliver them to you if necessary.

Looking forward to this holiday campaign. Douglas/Carol
