3. Arja presented the proposed slate of Club Executives for 2026-27 and plan to solicit nominations from the floor in advance of a vote/ ratification by members at the club meeting on November 19, 2025:

4. Trevor touched on a couple of topics including the difficult invoicing of District dues and change in the Kingston Club's process for billing Cash Calendars.
5. John M introduced the Ways & Means committee members - Arja, Elaine & Susan - who are considering a Movie Night in addition to Domino Theatre Night, confirmed June 17.
6. Jennifer informed the Community Service Committee decision to adopt a strategic priority of directing grants in significant amounts to food insecurity projects.  The Committee approved grants in 2025-26:
   • $10,000 to Lionhearts to support their expansion of pop-up markets selling low-priced food at various locations around the Kingston-area
   • $5,000 to Martha's Table to support kitchen equipment upgrades in addition to sponsoring the Thanksgiving Day meal on October 13.
7. Don P provided an update of plans for the upcoming Student Night on October 29 and the ongoing student recruitment for Rotary international Youth Exchange.
