A new Seniors Housing Model - An option to Retirement residences for any of us?

Anthony and his wife plus 3 other seniors share a house. The concept was to create affordable housing for seniors who did not want to end up alone and isolated.  After year one, there have been challenges and successes.  Anthony will attend to tell us how the concept works and other potential options for those of us who do not want to retire into an apartment building type seniors residence.  Perhaps a model for the government now grappling with the covid spread in multi unit housing for seniors.
