  1. Approval of minutes of February 17, 2026 meeting

  2. Business arising - none
  3. Treasury Update (Elaine)
    • ​District Dues increasing to $91/ pp for 2026-27
    • M-C to prepare a members dues proposal for the Board to ccnsider
  4. Bingo Update (Don P) 
    • New Bingo! year kick-off/ PCGA Cheque Presentation at The YGKSocial! on Apr 29
  5. Committee Updates
    • International Service (Douglas) - none
    • Community Service (Jennifer)
      • ​Committee working to identify grant recipients to disburse the additional Bingo! funds in 2025-26
      • KFL&A Science Fair coming next week with Sylvain, M-C, Don P. serving as judges for 3 project awards
    • Youth/ Vocational Service (Don P)
      • 5 students recruited for RYLA - 4 to be sponsored by K-F, Kingston Waterfront to sponsor 1
      • YouthEx students going to Denmark & Japan next year
    • Membership (Randy) - none
    • Club Operations (M-C)
      • Food Bank Blitz (Apr 11) - together with Kingston Waterfront
      • Rotary Park Spring Cleanup (Apr 26) - date to be done together with DisCon attendees
      • Design proposals for new trading banners presented
  6. 60th Anniversary Update (Elaine)
    • Celebratory event to be held in the summer
    • Paul Harris Fellow nominees (Fred) - still being vetted​
  7. ​Grants Management Training (Elaine)
    • ​​Elaine & Don P are qualified for 2026-27
    • Jennifer & Peter (Elaine to ask) to complete online training requirements
  8. District Conference Update (Don P)
    • Member attendance - only 7 so far
    • Club video - in process
    • Volunteers needed to help with attendee check-in on Friday afternoon Apr 24
  9. Other
    • Arja reported that "No Mow May" is still a City supported initiative in 2026
    • March is Easter Seals Month - fundraising pancake breakfast at Robinson's Sugar Shack on Sun Mar 29
