Hello members of the Kingston Frontenac Rotary Club International Committee,
Please note that our next meeting will be held on Tuesday July 29th @ 6:00 PM at Wharf & Feather restaurant at Holiday Inn, or virtually if you can not join us in person.
Considering all of the back and forth happening on budgets and reimbursements we will give Trevor the floor for this meeting to help our committee navigate what needs to happen asap to get all of our expenses reimbursed from last year, what our potential budget envelope is to be for this coming year, and then we will have an open discussion on the many projects and priorities we will need to consider with some expedience. We recognize there is some adjustments with a new Treasurer and we are all available to help and support.
Committee members - If there are specific items you wish to raise for this meeting in addition to the above key points, please let me know.
I look forward to seeing everyone on July 29th and Trevor let me know what I can do to help you get through some of the admin backlog as you transfer treasurer, etc...
