BOARD MEETING MINUTES
December 17, 2025

  1. Approval of minutes of November 19, 2025 meeting
    • Motion:  Elaine / 2nd:  Don
  2. Business arising - none
  3. Treasurer Update - discussion led by Trevor
    • Catherine vacated the Treasurer position to accept a career move out of town with the Canadian Armed Services
    • Board discussed a couple of points:
      • reaffirmed use of Cash Calendar sales revenue for Service projects (rather than for Club Operations)
      • NO direct financial support from the Club for 2026 District 7040 Conference in April
        • encourage member support by attending DisCon 
    • 2024-25 Financial Statements were presented to the Board for review
      • Carry over the International Service surplus from last year (2024-25) to current year (2025-26)
        • Motion:  Jennifer / 2nd: Elaine
      • Acknowledge the Community Service overage in 2024-25
        • covered by strong Bingo revenues during the year
        • Motion: Elaine / 2nd: Don
  4. Cancel regularly-scheduled Club meetings during the holidays (December 24 & 31)

  5. Adjourn
