  1. Approval of minutes of January 21, 2026 meeting
    • Motion:  Trevor / 2nd:  Douglas

  3. Treasury Update (Trevor)
    • ​nothing to update since Q2-ending report Dec 31
    • work with Don P to reconcile Youth/ Vocational charges
    • need to resolve 2-factor authentication to gain access to Club Operations account
  4. Bingo Update (Don P) 
    • license renewed for 2026-27!  40 shifts assigned which will generate > $50K revenue
    • 2025-26 budget impact - with the increase in number of shifts authorized starting Apr 1, the club needs to consider increasing current budget limits for Community Service and Youth/ Vocational to align with the spending plan committed to the City.
    • Motion "to increase the authorized budget limits in 2025-26 for Community Service (by $4K to $24K) & Youth/ Vocational Service (by $1K to $21K)" - Motion:  Don P / 2nd:  Douglas

    • International Service (Douglas)
      • presentation of Feb 10 meeting summary
    • Community Service (Jennifer) - none

      • confirmed K-F support for 2 YouthEx LTEP students for 2026-27.  Only 3 other LTEP students from the district (Kingston - 2, Gan - 1)
      • currently recruiting students for RYLA in May 2026 and Adventure in Understanding in Aug 2026
    • Membership (Randy)
      • no resignations / 1 potential prospect TBD
    • Club Operations (M-C)
      • Food Bank Blitz (Apr 11) - very little member response (2) to invitation to participate
      • Rotary Park Spring Cleanup (Apr 18?) - date to be confirmed

    • Bench (memorial/ commemorative?) - rejected primarily due to cost/ redundant signage
