  1. Minutes of the August 20, 2025 meeting approved
    • Proposed:  John M / 2nd:  Elaine / Unanimous
  2. 2025-26 Budget discussion
    • ​International Service Committee: $9,200
      • To be reviewed early in 2026 the potential for more
      • $1,200 more in unencumbered funds - to be confirmed
      • Proposed:  Don P/ 2nd: Elaine / Unanimous
    • Community Service & Youth Committees:  $15,000 each
      • To be reviewed early in 2026 considering Bingo revenue and Community Service need for unencumbered funds for grants
  3. Review of Objectives for Club in 2025-26
